Heat Pumps require ongoing service to keep them running efficiently & trouble free.

In most situations your Heat Pump should be serviced at least once every two years, normally before the colder seasons when you rely on them for winter comfort.

A service normally consists of a deep clean of the outdoor unit with a refrigeration coil cleaner that loosens the build up of air contaminants that can restrict the airflow and lower the performance. Once this has soaked in, we use high pressure water to spray the cleaner and residue out from the coil.

We spray the indoor coil with a special deodorising coil spay that flushes away any fine particle dust and leaves a sweet clean smell.

Visual checks are made on pipework, connections and anything else that may inhibit good performance from your Heat Pump.
